
Shopping Cart (PayPal) - There are several options for payment. Either click on the 'add to cart' button to add the item to your shopping cart. You can then either carry on shopping or make your payment. To make a payment, please select the 'Credit card or direct cash payment via PayPal' link. If you do not have a PayPal account, they accept all major credit cards (including AMEX) without having to join PayPal. Payments are secure and your order will be processed immediately.
Telephone (Credit Card) - The second method of payment is to call Lilia N Designs' free phone orderline, on 0800 0380 103 (open 7 days a week between 9.30am - 10pm BST. If there is no answer, please leave your name and telephone number on the answer phone and we will call you back). All major credit/debit cards (not AMEX) are accepted and your card details will be processed and approved instantly. Again, your order will be processed immediately.
Cheque - For customer's who prefer to make payment by cheque [check] or cash (sent at the customer's own risk), the item will be sent as soon as the payment has cleared (normally 5-7 days). Please go to the paying by cheque page for further details.
Packaging - We take great care in packaging your item, to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit. Each piece of jewellery is supplied in a luxurious wooden jewellery box (non-sale items), and a complimentary organic chocolate is included with every order!
Gift Wrap - Items can be gift wrapped in luxury paper and tied with satin ribbon, and a message card attached for an additional £5.00. If you require this service, please include your message (no more than 15 words) for the card in the box below and click on the 'add to cart' button, to add gift wrap to your shopping cart.
Delivery - All stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. For items out of stock or custom made pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
UK and Northern Ireland orders over £300.00 are sent postage free by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'.
UK and Northern Ireland orders over £300.00 are sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' at a cost of £5.95.
Overseas orders over £500.00 are sent postage free by Airsure or International Signed For delivery.
Overseas orders upto £500.00 are sent by Airsure or International Signed For delivery at a cost of £10.95 for Europe and £11.95 for the rest of the world.
Postage costs do not include possible custom charges for your country. Please contact your customs office for further information. Please also note that 'Special' delivery covers items lost or damaged up to the value of £1000.00 and for 'Airsure' any specified value. For all these postage options you will need to sign for your item on delivery.
All of the jewellery is handmade to the highest standard. Many components used are also handmade or handcut, without use of machinery. Therefore small imperfections should be expected. Indeed, these add to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
Website purchases - We understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason) you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods (STOCK ITEMS ONLY). Before cancelling your order, please notify us via the contact form on this website or by telephone (0800 0380 103). We will send you full instructions on how to return the goods. Goods returned without prior notification may not be accepted. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and should return them undamaged. Return postage costs are payable by the customer.
All returned items should be carefully repackaged in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to accept pierced earrings back for refund or exchange.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 7 working days of receiving the item/s unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
Cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications, unless faulty or misdecribed This also applies to items displayed on the website that have been modified (made smaller or larger, shorter or longer etc, particularly rings) to the customer's own specifications.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and that includes your privacy. Any information you supply will only be used for processing your order. You will receive our newsletter and the very occasional promotion from Lilia N Designs only (We will not sell or misuse your personal details in any way). You can also choose to join our mailing list by entering your email in the subscription box at the bottom of each page, to receive our newsletter.
We use PayPal to process your credit/debit cards. Therefore We do not see your credit/debit card details at any time. For telephone orders, we do not retain your card details. These are destroyed once the order is completed
