I work in 18ct yellow and white gold and Sterling silver. Unfortunately, I do not work with jewellery (other than my own) or gems provided by the customer.

I will endeavour to complete custom orders as soon as possible, however this will depend on the materials required and the complexity of the design. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for custom-made pieces to be completed.

Please note that custom-made pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged as these pieces are made to the customer's own specifications. This also applies to pieces displayed on this website that have been made in a different size.

For custom-ordered/custom-sized rings please provide the correct ring size, as I am not able to adjust the size once the ring has been made.
